I help organizations build the systems, processes, and people frameworks they need to move through change without losing momentum.
What I Do
Expertise
I specialize in organizational change management within financial services, working across the full lifecycle of transformation — from the strategy conversations at the top to the execution details that actually make change stick. Below is a selection of the types of engagements I've led.
CRM Integration
End-to-end CRM selection, implementation, and integration — ensuring systems connect and teams actually adopt them.
PMO Framework Design
Building project management functions from scratch, including governance structures, reporting cadences, and execution playbooks.
Process Consulting
Identifying bottlenecks, redesigning workflows, and implementing automations that free teams to focus on higher-value work.
Onboarding Redesign
Transforming client and employee onboarding into seamless, repeatable experiences that reduce time-to-value and improve retention.
Training & Enablement
Building training resources, documentation, and knowledge systems that scale alongside the organization.
Mentoring Programs
Designing structured development programs that help associates grow and strengthen the leadership pipeline over time.

About
Lauren Brolo
I've spent years inside some of the most structured environments in financial services, managing change across complex organizations, translating strategy into systems, and making sure the right people know the right things at the right time.
I'm a certified project manager and change practitioner with a background spanning wealth management operations, stakeholder engagement, and large-scale transformation initiatives. I've worked across advisor-facing teams, compliance populations, and executive leadership, and I know how to hold the through-line when everything is moving at once.
Beyond my work in finance, I'm passionate about natural hair. Navigating corporate spaces as a Black woman wearing my hair naturally came with more questions than I ever expected, and over time that experience became something I wanted to channel into something meaningful. I believe every woman should feel free to show up in any room, in any environment, exactly as she is — hair and all — without having to explain or justify it. That conviction informs how I carry myself and how I try to show up for others.
I care about discipline, consistency, and building a life that reflects both.
Beyond Finance
I write about natural hair at Crownwrk on Substack. It started as my own practice and became a space for anyone with curly, coily, or natural hair who wants to feel confident and at home in their hair, wherever they are. Because the same intention and consistency that shows up in your work can show up in your hair too.
Follow along at Crownwrk on Substack.

Whether you're a recruiter, a collaborator, or someone building in the same direction, I'd love to hear from you.
